2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your account email address and the reason for your request (optional). We will process your refund as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your request.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are still eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
